Paula Paglia is a nationally recognized dressage professional, with deep knowledge and riding experience. Her professional accomplishments span over thirty years. She holds her USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medals and is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and riding skills. Paula continues her education riding will top trainers—Conrad Schumacher, Debbie McDonald, Christine Traurig, Gerd Zuther and Claes Bierenbroodspot to name a few.

Over the past years many of Paula’s students have emerged into the horse world as successful professional riders and trainers. Several Horse of the Year Awards, USDF All Breed Awards, Regional Championship and State Championship titles have been earned by students under her talented guidance.

Paula has successfully coached Juniors to the North American Young Rider Championships, the Young Rider Championships and the Dressage Seat Medal National Championships. She works tirelessly with her students to develop a correct leg, seat and hand connection.

Offering a full educational program based on classical dressage, Paula develops other professionals, amateurs and young riders to their fullest potential. She customizes a training program for each client and all are welcome to trailer in.

A gold, silver and bronze medalist, Paula has competed in hundreds of shows with an array of horses from training level through Grand prix. She holds multiple horse and rider of the year awards from Arizona Dressage Association, California Dressage Society, United States Dressage Federation, United States Equestrian Federation.

Paula’s talent and experience instill confidence in both horse and rider. Paula evaluates each horse and rider to develop an appropriate training program. A structured, sensible and kind training regime will lead to horses with strong muscle structure and a sharp mind. Students with strong determination and a willingness to work hard will achieve their goals.

Clients are welcome to trailer in for training and lessons. Paula trains at other nearby stables. Please contact Paula if you are interested having teach at your location.

Showing

Paula is available for coaching at local, regional and national shows and dressage clinics. She often shows horses for clients that are in her training program— helping a young horse acclimate to the show ring or riding upper levels that require her professional skill.
